About
In my 25 years of practice, I have had the opportunity to work in multiple inpatient and outpatient settings which has allowed me to treat many common psychiatric disorders, as well treating patients with more complex mental health and physical health needs.
I have a conservative approach to medication management and recognize that each child and each family is unique, so treatment, while being evidence-based, needs to be individually tailored to achieve emotional and behavioral success.

Jeanette is the Patient Care Coordinator at Finding Hope. She is the primary clinical and administrative support for Dr. Fontenelle-Gilmer. She enjoys being able to assist patients in any way she can and prides herself on providing care that is above and beyond expectations. Jeanette loves knowing that she can make a difference -big or small- in someone's life. Jeanette has been working in the medical field for over 20 years.

Practice Manager
As Finding Hopes practice manager Tracy over sees and manages the day to day business, administrative and clinical operations of the practice. Tracy has over 10 years of experience managing mental health practices as well as over 20 years in the medical management field. Tracy strives to ensure that all aspects of the office are working to provide patients with the highest quality of care and support.
