Michelle Fontenelle-Gilmer, MD, MHS

Dr. Fontenelle-Gilmer has an impressive academic and professional background stretching more than twenty years. In addition to her work for our clinic, Dr. Fontenelle-Gilmer is serving as an Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at UNLV for the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry program. While she has experience in treating a multitude of psychiatric disorders, she has a particular interest in helping children with developmental disabilities, ADHD, and those who have experienced various forms of trauma.

Dr. Fontenelle-Gilmer has a conservative approach to medication management. She recognizes that each child and each family is unique, so treatment, while being evidence-based, needs to be individually tailored to achieve emotional and behavioral success.

Dr. Fontenelle-Gilmer loves spending time with her husband and two active boys outside of work. She is an avid sports fan and has a passion for photography and community service.

Dr. Soulier has practiced psychiatry since 2008 in a variety of clinical and scholarly settings. He was a faculty member and the Child Psychiatry Training Director at UC Davis School of Medicine for 10 years. His wealth of knowledge in the field of forensic psychiatry has been utilized in juvenile, family, and adult criminal courts, where he has been called to testify as an expert witness. As a child and adolescent psychiatrist and forensic psychiatrist, Dr. Soulier is passionate about advocating for the rights of children in a court setting. His experience as a court-appointed psychiatrist has taken him all over the world, granting him great insight into the field as a whole. As a result, Dr. Soulier utilizes his education and unique background to deliver high-quality treatment to his patients.

Outside of work, Dr. Soulier loves traveling, good food, and art. He believes in living life fully and enjoying every moment. He is a proud father of three and enjoys spending time with his family and friends.



Brandon Henscheid, MS, PsyD

Dr. Henscheid specializes in the psychological assessment of children, adolescents, and adults, including the geriatric population. He has completed over 6,000 hours of pre-doctoral and post-doctoral training, working in both inpatient and outpatient settings. 

As a natural outgrowth of his practice and experience, he has developed an interest and proficiency in forensic psychology. His training extends into many different therapies as well, including Dialectal Behavior Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, and Exposure and Response Prevention. He is a current member of the American Psychological Association and is taking on additional post-doctoral training in Clinical Psychopharmacology at the California School of Professional Psychology.

In his free time, Dr. Henscheid enjoys swimming, rowing, and continually seeking out new knowledge to enrich both his practice and his personal life. He is a proud father of two children and relishes opportunities to spend time with his family and friends.
